Today in lab, we discussed the various forms of energy. Some examples of the energy forms we discussed were fission and antimatter, both being extremely powerful forms of energy. Another thing discussed in lab was the way lab reports are to be written.

After looking at the lab report today I determained that lab 1 was about acceleration. To determaine the change in acceleration they students threw spitwads every second, measured the distance, and got their acceleration over time.
