When would you like the meeting to be ?
I would propose we do this on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) - in the last IRC meetings that was always best choice. Please also write the time frame you are available on these days.

- See above "The exact dates we will identify later." Please signal if weekends is ok for you. Atm we don't know who will join. - Yes, but it'd be possible that we select a particular Saturday on the basis that people are generally free on Saturdays, only to find out that noone can actually make it on that particular Saturday. I'm rejiggling the options to give more scope to be specific, as well as general. Cormaggio talk 17:15, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
