If there are billions of people going in and out of out space, then surely, some sort of traffic control is needed so it can be done safely.

Most of the actual collaboration is, and should take place via extreme programming methods utilizing IRC (Internet Chat Relay) and IM (Instant Messaging). If you would like to participate please install an IRC client and join us at irc.freenode.net channel #Wikiversity-en or ##STC or leave a message on my user talk page. STC materials are going to be dual licensed under GFDL, and CC-by-sa. Licensing remains to be specificed for the code.
