Psychometric instrument development involves designing, developing and testing measures of psychological constructs. An expert in this area is called a psychometrician. Psychometricians, in general, are in high demand. This set of learning resources focuses on operationalision, and developing and testing tools designed to measure fuzzy psychological constructs such as attitudes, self-esteem, personality, and intelligence.
