This is the second lecture for the Motivation and emotion unit of study.

Overview
This lecture:
- Discusses the historical context and development of psychological motivation and emotion knowledge to date.
- Explains the Assessment, including how to:
- use Wikiversity for the Book chapter assessment exercise and
- make and share a multimedia recording
- complete the 16 quizzes
- Additional support for completing the assessment exercises is available in the tutorials and online.
