One of the most important aspects to being a good owner of a restaurant (besides knowing your financial status and having good food) is having an attractive, well-organised, well-balanced menu with food that is geared to your intended clientèle. This learning project will focus both on what actually goes into the menu and how is designed.

Menu planning is the process to make the list of food items going to serve in any type of meal whether it is breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner.
