Quantum Transition State BECNF

Model proposed by Frank Znidarsic. Arrived at through analysis of Patterson Fuel Cell. Believes that vibrating a proton conductor at a dimensional frequency of 1.094 megahertz-meter induces what is known as a Quantum Transition State (QTS). This QTS corresponds with an impedance match between longitudinal mechanical waves in nuclei and transverse electromagnetic waves in electrons. When this happens a coherent Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) is speculated to be formed in a chemical lattice. As a result the static, magnetic component of the Nuclear Strong Force (aka Spin Orbit Force) slips out of alignment and its range becomes amplified (NSF equivalent of Meissner Effect). LENR activation occurs as a byproduct of this effect when the far-reaching Spin Orbit Force "steps over" the Coulomb Barrier. Has been featured in Infinite Energy Magazine.
