Fellowships in dementia education program

Overview

This project developed, implemented and evaluated state-wide programs for health professionals in leadership roles using the train the trainer model to support workforce development.

The workshop part of this program was delivered to participants from metropolitan, regional and rural areas. The fellows returned to their workplaces to implement their training programs and provided written evaluations of their work.
