Lester Jones' prerecorded presentation for AAAOpenConf2013

This presentation looks at a final year physiotherapy subject. Students reflected on their practice, in relation to the self-management of people with chronic disease. The assessment included the reflective nature of the learning experience with reference to guided reflection activities and the incidental reflection that occured through peer assessment (Thomas et al, 2011). A brief discussion will focus on how the education experience prepares students for their ‘exit’ from the university environment into professional life (Boud & Associates, 2010).
