What do Arteries, Veins and Cappillaries look like?

Have you ever taken a look at your wrist recently? Well if you have, you might have noticed some faint red and blue lines running across them. The red ones are called arteries. They carry blood away from the heart and transport it to the rest of the body. Meanwhile, the blue ones are called veins and they carry blood the opposite direction to the artieries - back from the rest of the body to the heart.
