General Contraindications:

• Qi & Yin deficiency causing excessive sweating

General Caution:

• Yin deficiency syndrome
• Blood deficiency
• chronic skin infection

• Bo He - disperses Wind-Heat, promotes expression of rashes, sweat-inducing (1)
• Niu Bang Zi - disperses Wind-Heat, promotes expression of rashes, sweat-inducing (2)
• Chan Tui - disperses Wind-Heat, promotes expression of rashes, sweat-inducing (3)

• Sang Ye - disperses Wind-Heat and clears Liver Fire, stronger dispersing
• Ju Hua - disperses Wind-Heat and clears Liver Fire, stronger clear Liver Fire, clear vision
• Mu Zei - clears vision, removes membrane causing visual obstructions

• Dan Dou Chi - mildly vents and disperses exterior pathogens at any level, relieves constraint

• Ge Gen - releases exterior & raises Yang Qi, disperses heat Yang Ming muscle level, promotes expression of rash (w/ Sheng Ma)
• Chai Hu - releases exterior & raises Yang Qi, most effective in reducing fever, intermitent chills & fever, raises Yang (with Sheng Ma)
• Sheng Ma - releases exterior & raises Yang Qi, effective raises Yang action, relieves Heat Toxicity, promotes expression of rash (with Ge Gen), raises Yang (with Chai Hu)
