Ingredients

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (preferably aged and/or Italian)
1 cup Italian olive oil
Pinch of salt
Few grinds black pepper
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)

Procedure

Mix with a wire whisk until well combined.
