Ingredients

• 1 T matzo meal
• 2 eggs
• 1 T fecula

Procedure

1. Whip the egg whites
2. Add the yolks
3. Add the matzo and fecula
4. Mix everything
5. Cook like an omelette

When its cooked, sprinkle sugar and serve

Notes, tips and variations

• Before sprinkling the sugar, cut into small squares, so it can be eaten with your fingers.
• Goes well with maple syrup
