The Irish Coffee is an Irish classic.

Ingredients

1 shot of Irish whiskey
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
Filter coffee
Lightly whipped cream

Garnishes

Cocoa

Glass

Irish Coffee Glass

Instructions

Warm whiskey and sugar in heat resistant glass and stir until sugar is dissolved
Add coffee
Carefully pour lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on the top
Garnish with cocoa if you wish
Sip hot coffee through the cool cream
