Doses:

  • Nifedipine
    • 10-30 tid (Adalat CC: 30-90 qD)
  • Diltiazem
    • 60-120 TID (CD: 180-360 qD)
  • Verapamil: 80- 120mg TID
  • Bepiridil: 200-400mg QD
  • Amlodipine: 2.5- 20mg (10) qD
  • Nicardipine
    • PO: 20-40mg q8hr, or 30-60mg (extended release) q12hr
    • IV: 5mg/hr by slow infusion (50ml/hr), titrate to maximum of 30mg/hr, then maintenance of 2.0 - 15.5mg/hr
  • Clevidipine: 1-2 mg IV per hour
