conjunction with the book Fundamentals of Queueing Theory, 
Fourth Edition, by Donald Gross, John Shortle, James Thompson and 
Carl Harris. The software is available in the format of 
self-extracting Windows zip files for EXCEL for Windows 2003 and above.

The last change to this site makes available QtsPlus Version 3.
