This tram of Habarovsk is of the type RVZ-6 which was made at the factory RVR in Riga Latvia from 1960

Irkutsk is the capital of the Irkutsk oblast, the administrative city of Irkutsky district. The Trans-Siberian Railway
and several important roads connect it to not only Europe but also China. Trams are one of the most important means of transportation inside
the city. This tram is a very traditional and typical Soviet Russian tram, it is a KTV-5 tram from Ust-Katavsk in Russia. They are spread all
over the ex Soviet empire, but nowhere else.

There are seven tram lines in Irkutsk presently. This one is from the no.1 line Volzhskaya — Studgorodok. This one is
an old Soviet time tram of the type KTM5M3. The type is from 1971 and it was in its time the most built tram type in the Soviet Union with
12 943 trams built. It was built by the Ust-Katawer wagon factory ФГУП Усть-Катавский вагоностроительный завод имени С. М. Кирова (УКВЗ) in
various versions out of which this is one of the most modern.

The city of Izhevsk in Udmurtia has 11 tram lines built with 1524mm tracks. Tram service was started in 1935.
Tram 1222 of Izhevsk is a Tatra T3SU (Tatra model 3, version for Soviet Union), built in the 1960s in what then
was Czechoslovakia.

Tram 2407 is one of ten used Tatra trams taken over from Berlin, Germany and modernised. It is now called Tatra KT4DM
where the last M stands for modernised.

Tram 3460 of Nizhny Novgorod is another Soviet time tram of the type KTM5M3 and it looks quite old already.

This new tram no.008 is of the new type Metelitsa B85600M. It's a bidirectional totally new tram type, built by the Swiss
company Stadler's subsidiary Stadler Minsk and by the TCC, transport concession company. The type is specifically designed for the Russian broad gauge market
where there is an urgent need to replace a lot of ageing trams. The Metelitsa tram was first introduced to the public in 2017.
