The Jersey is a

Disney Channel. It is about a group of teenaged friends who find an old sports jersey, which in turn, makes anyone that wears it take the place of a real life sports superstar everytime it is used, in a way similar to the way that the main character in
Quantum Leap,
Sam, used to travel from body to body.
