Reevesville is located at 33°12'15" North, 80°38'50" West (33.204144, -80.647228)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 4.2 km² (1.6 mi²). 4.1 km² (1.6 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.23% water.

As of the census of 2000, there are 207 people, 90 households, and 62 families residing in the town. The population density is 50.0/km² (129.0/mi²).
