Highland is a town located in Iowa County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 797.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 168.0 km² (64.9 mi²). 167.4 km² (64.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.5 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.32% water.

Demographics

As of the census of 2000, there are 797 people, 278 households, and 224 families residing in the town. The population density is 4.8/km² (12.3/mi²). There are 332 housing units at an average density of 2.0 persons/km² (5.1 persons/mi²).
